Daily Schedule for 7 days to follow:

Morning:

Upon Waking:

Warm water with lemon and a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Breakfast:

1 lemon, peeled

Juice all ingredients together.

Evening:

Detox Smoothie: Beet, apple, ginger, lemon, and water.
