All-Natural, Homemade Facepacks to Remove Dark Spots

One of the most annoying beauty problems we have is dark spots on our facial skin. It’s very hard to lighten and remove these dark spots, as the progress goes on one step at a time. What’s more frustrating is that there aren’t a lot of effective products sold out there. In fact, at times it’s better to go natural and make some homemade recipes can be helpful in removing these dark spots.

Here are just some face packs to try at home:

Milk and honeyΒ face pack

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Take 1 tsp milk and 1 tsp honey.

Method:

  1. Mix the ingredients and apply on the face.
  2. Wash after 15 minutes.

PotatoΒ face pack

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp potato juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Β½ tsp milk powder

Method:

  1. Take 1 tsp potato juice, 1 tsp lemon juice, Β½ tsp milk powder and mix.
  2. Apply on the face.
  3. Wash once it’s dry.

BesanΒ face pack

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp besan
  • 1 tsp tomato juice
  • 2 tsp aloe vera gel

Method:

  1. Take 2 tsp besan, 1 tsp tomato juice, 2 tsp aloe vera gel and mix.
  2. Apply on face.

PapayaΒ face pack

Ingredients:

  • half cup papaya puree
  • 2 tsp green tea water

Method:

  1. Take half cup papaya puree, 2 tsp green tea water and mix.
  2. Apply on face.
  3. Wash after half an hour.

Lemon facepack

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method:

  1. Squeeze out the juice from the lemon and add honey to it. Mix them together.
  2. Apply this all over your face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Then, wash it off with lukewarm water followed by splashing your face with cold water.
  4. Gently pat your skin dry using a towel and then moisturize.

Turmeric Face Pack

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons multani mitti (or any cosmetic clay)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons rose water

Method:

  1. Take the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add more rose water if required.
  2. Apply this mask evenly on the face and neck.
  3. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes or until it dries completely.
  4. Wash it off with cool water.

Sandalwood Face Pack

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 tablespoons sandalwood powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon glycerin
  • Rose water

Method:

  1. Make a fine paste of the sandalwood powder, lemon juice, and glycerin. Add rose water to adjust the consistency of the paste.
  2. Apply the paste all over your face and specifically on the dark spots. Leave on for a few minutes.
  3. After it dries, wash off with lukewarm water and then moisturize the skin.

NeemΒ face pack

Ingredients:

  • Take 5 dried neem leaves,
  • 1 tsp honey,
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar.

Method:

  1. Mix and apply all over face.
  2. Wash once it’s dry.

Aloe VeraΒ face pack

Ingredients:

  • Aloe vera gel
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Take some fresh aloe vera gel and add 1 tsp honey to it.

Method:

  1. Blend the two and apply on face.
  2. Wash once it’s dry.
