Grilled Corn on the Cob

GRILLED CORN ON THE COB

Try this spin on an old favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of corn
  • Butter
  • Curry powder
  • Aluminum foil

Directions:

  1. Butter each ear of corn, and sprinkle with curry powder.
  2. Wrap each ear of corn in a sheet of aluminum foil.
  3. Place on grill for approximately 10 minutes, or until cooked.

NOTE:
The corn is even sweeter if you soak it in milk before cooking.
