Honey Whipped Cream

You may think that homemade whip cream does not taste as different with store-bought whip cream. Try it out! Homemade whip cream is miles better, for it’s fresh, it’s chemical-free and you can sweeten to your preference. Add honey to the mix and you can serve this whip cream with ice cream, baklava pie or fresh seasonal fruit.

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Using electric mixer, beat 1 cup heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gradually add 1/4 cup honey bet until stiff peaks form.
