Your health can be improved by applying simple rules of Feng Shui in your surroundings
Feeling a little tired lately? Always seem to have a backache or runny nose? Perhaps Feng Shui in your surroundings needs adjusting.
To feel healthy and active, you must be surrounded by good energy or chi. The science of harnessing the good chi is known as Feng Shui and it can be applied in a house, a room, building, office space, township, or even your desktop.
Feng Shui is based on three principles: All matter has energy, everything is inter-connected, and change is constant. Design of your home or office should be based on these three dynamic principles. The basic structure of your home should be based on inviting good chi and deflecting bad chi.
Since all living things have healthy energy, it is advisable to surround your environment with flowers, fish aquarium and active water features. Music and soothing lights also contribute to harmonious energy flow. Avoid displaying potpourri or dry flowers around the house. Always keep a window open for the fresh air to liven up the atmosphere. Clear the clutter and light incense regularly.
