Her co-founding role in PT Okuzono Hospitality Group showcases her influence in fine dining, while her tenure as Chairman of JAC Recruitment highlights her leadership in recruitment. Niharika Yadav – Corporate & Social Impact
Niharika Yadav, as the President Director of AXA Financial Indonesia, has been instrumental in promoting financial literacy and insurance penetration across Indonesia, reaching thousands through both in-person and virtual sessions. Beyond her corporate role, Niharika passionately champions against domestic violence, spearheading the “Aman Untuk Semua” (Safety for All) initiative.
