Shanti Ramchand Shamdasani is a professional harboring a diverse & global mindset with proven track record (at Fortune 500 MNC’s) in managing policy, market access & business agenda from regional & global perspectives. She has seventeen years of experience in healthcare (life sciences/ medical device & equipment, biotech), trade & economic strategic advisor in positions such as government, policy affairs, public, corporate affairs and chairing committees working in India, Singapore, Indonesia & China. Experiences includes (amongst others):

Impressively, that is not all. She is on the Board of Governor in Amcham Indonesia, Board of Advisor in ASEAN Outreach and V. Chairman on the Committee on FTA – KADIN Indonesia. Her professional experience spans years, starting in 1997 to 2004 in Pfizer Pharmaceutical as Director/ Sr. Manager Corporate Affairs, 2005 to 2006 in US-ASEAN Business Council as Country Manager, 2007 to 2010 in Monsanto Pte Ltd, Singapore as Director South East Asia for Corporate/ Public Affairs, 2010 to 2011 as Deputy Advisor to President of Indonesia for ASEAN & National Agenda, 2010 to 2011 as Hospital JCI Indonesia Accreditation Team at Ministry of Health.
Currently, she is on the Board of Advisor for ASEAN Outreach, Vice Chairman in KADIN Indonesia for International Relations and Regional Director (South East Asia) ASEAN for Government Affairs & Policy at Johnson & Johnson Group of Companies.
