Many variations of this recipe are prepared in Europe. This one is adapted for bread machines.

Ingredients :
Makes 1 loaf
- 1 cup Milk, whole
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 cups Bread flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) Dry active yeast
Directions :
- Add all ingredients to a bread machine in the order listed.
- Do not use a delayed start program.
- Use a basic bread program.
- Bake the dough in your convection oven
