Why Yoga?
Yoga is a 5000 year old practice. It is not merely asana and pranayama but a profound science to unfold human potential. Today when each of us is under various kinds of stress either professional, personal, social, financial, economical, environmental, etc., Yoga comes to you as a rescue, not to eliminate the problems but to empower and overcome them.
Hello everyone, I am Rasika Krishnamurthy, an Ashtanga Yoga practitioner and yoga instructor, with my yoga training from Iyengar Yoga, Bangkok, Thailand..
Indoindians and Rasika together would like to share this blissful experience with you with our #IndoindiansYogaChallenge, starting on Sunday, 14th June 2020.
