During the summer months, we all want something to counter the heat. This recipe is something you can make that perfectly suits the summer weather. Mint helps to tackle tummy troubles that the heat may bring while mango is the famed antidote for heatstroke. Combined, this chutney recipe would be beneficial for you and the whole family.
Ingredients :
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup ripe mango chunks
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp mild curry powder
- 3 tablespoons cilantro leaves
- 1-1/2 tablespoons red onion, diced
- Pinch red chili flakes
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 3 tablespoons water
Method :
Combine all ingredients and blend in a food processor. Serve as a condiment alongside samosas.
