QUICHE

Ingredients:

Makes 4-6 serving

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozarella, Swiss, jack)
  • 1 cup chopped ham, or
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli flowerets, or
  • 1 – 1-1/2 cups YOUR CHOICE

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine eggs and milk.
  2. Add cheese and meat and/or vegetables.
  3. Pour into Baked Pastry Shell. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes until top is lightly browned and quiche custard is set in the middle.

NOTE:
Allow quiche to set for a few minutes before cutting.
