Here is an easy, flavorful and super healthy soup which also boosts immunity. Recipe shared by nutritionist Geeta Seth.

Ingredients:

  • Carrots,
  • tomatoes,
  • curry leaves,
  • moringa leaves,
  • garlic,
  • black pepper whole,
  • organic or home made turmeric powder

Method:

Heat a pan, preferably a cooker
Add one teaspoon of ghee or coconut oil or olive oil
Add few cloves of garlic. Up to 8 for 2 persons
Half onion sliced
Saute well
Add chopped carrots.
Add blended tomatoes with curry leaves and moringa leaves – about a handful
5 to 6 peppercorns
Some turmeric
Add water
Pressure cook
Cool
Blend
Strain
Enjoy!
