Sawi Salad ( Mustard Greens )
Ingredients:
2 Cups finely chopped mustard greens – leaves only
1 small Onion – finely chopped
1 Green Chilli – finely chopped
2-3 Tablespoons Freshly Grated Coconut – white part only .
Lime Juice to taste
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash Mustard greens well . Dry with a napkin . Finely chop leaves and put in bowl with rest of the ingredients .
Add salt and lime to taste
