State Bank of India, PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia, and PT Bank SBI Indonesia Sign Shareholding Agreement
Jakarta, September 10, 2024 – State Bank of India (SBI), PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia, and PT Bank SBI Indonesia are proud to announce that the shareholding agreement between the three parties has been officially signed. In this agreement, PT. Bank KEB Hana Indonesia officially becomes a minority shareholder in PT Bank SBI Indonesia. The signing ceremony took place at the Head Office of PT Bank SBI Indonesia, Graha Mandiri Building, 15th floor, Jl. Imam Bonjol, Central Jakarta.
The signing of this agreement was carried out by Ms. Jayati Bansal, Deputy Managing Director, International Banking Group of State Bank of India, Mr. Park Jong Jin, President Director of PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia, and Mr. Akash Shambhu Damniwala, President Director of PT Bank SBI Indonesia. The event was also attended by high-ranking officials from both parties.
This agreement is expected to strengthen the position of PT Bank SBI Indonesia in the national and international banking industry, expand the business network, and create new opportunities for both parties in the financial and banking sector.
As well as this equity investment, PT Bank SBI Indonesia and PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia plan to strengthen cooperation in many business areas in the future.
