Sweet & Savoury Rolls
Dough
Flour – 125 g
Yeast – 4 g
Sugar – 15 g
Butter – 15 g + more for greasing
Milk – 80 – 100 ml
Salt a pinch
Sweet filling
Melted butter – 20 g
Sugar / Jaggery – 20 g
Cinnamon – to taste
Savoury filling
Mozzarella cheese or any processed cheese – 1 cup
Green chutney –
Coriander – 1 bunch (washed and chopped)
Garlic – 2 pods
Green chillies – 4
Tamrind – size of a penny/ or juice of half a lemon
