TANGY PORK CHOPS
Preparation and cooking time: 20 mins
Ingredients:
- 4 Brown boneless pork loin chops
- ½ tsp Vegetable oil.
- ½ cup of Cranberry sauce/fruit jam
- 1 tbsp each of prepared mustard and vinegar.
Directions:
- Brown 4 boneless pork loin chops in alarge non-stick skillet with ½ teaspoon vegetable oil.
- Stir in ½ cup of cranberry sauce/fruit jam and tablespoon each of prepared mustard and vinegar.
- Cover and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Serve with cornbread and your favorite vegetables.
