TANGY PORK CHOPS

Preparation and cooking time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

  • 4 Brown boneless pork loin chops
  • ½ tsp Vegetable oil.
  • ½ cup of Cranberry sauce/fruit jam
  • 1 tbsp each of prepared mustard and vinegar.

Directions:

  • Brown 4 boneless pork loin chops in alarge non-stick skillet with ½ teaspoon vegetable oil.
  • Stir in ½ cup of cranberry sauce/fruit jam and tablespoon each of prepared mustard and vinegar.
  • Cover and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Serve with cornbread and your favorite vegetables.
