Here’s a great breakfast or after-workout cooler that’s ready in seconds and tastes as good as one you’d get at a juice bar.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 large banana, peeled, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup guava nectar
- 1/2 cup coconut-pineapple nectar or juice
- 4 ice cubes
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
