YOGURT SALAD
Ingredients:
- 1 bowl fresh yogurt
- 1/2 a tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 an onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 a cucmber, finely chopped
- 2 brocolli florets, finely chopped
- 1/2 a carrot, finely chopped
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. chaat masala
Directions:
- Take a bowl add fresh curd, cucumber, tomatoes, fine chopped onions, fine chopped carrots, fine chopped broccoli salt to taste, chaat masala.
- Mix well keep it in a freezer for an hour or so.
Serve it cool!
